1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraPlan (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuraPlan provides digital retirement planning tools, financial projections, and wealth management insights. The Service is designed to help users plan for their financial future through personalized analysis based on information you provide.

3. Beta Period

AuraPlan is currently in beta and is free to use while we improve the platform. Paid plans may be introduced after the beta period. Beta participants will receive advance notice before any charge applies and will be offered founding-member pricing at launch. During the beta, features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When using AuraPlan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during onboarding and account setup.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AuraPlan Wealth Management and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuraPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on projections or information provided by the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
